I want to be an employer that is up to date. I once saw this advertisement, it showed a woman, running in the the rain. “Nobody is an Indoor Human”, it said. That appeals to me. Being outside, walking, cycling, running, whatever. Cycling to work fits that ideology, but untill now we didn’t do anything with it. We asked 3pm to help us with our cycling policy. They gave us the right push with their bicycle scan. It was not a plug and play, we had to do something ourselves. And that’s a good thing. This has become our cycling policy with our own Grovet sauce.
